Delayed grid connection of Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant Unit 4.
The company Slovenské elektrárne announced that in a few days it delayed the connection of the fourth block of the Slovak nuclear power plant Mohovce to the national electricity grid due to the need to repeat a technical test — although it has not been disclosed which test is involved.

The company notes that this is a standard part of the commissioning process, and that they expect the synchronization and the first megawatt-hours of electricity from the new 471-megawatt block to follow in the coming days. The fourth unit is the last block to be brought online at this power plant, after the third block was connected to the grid in 2023.
