Comprehensive Bilingual Matrix List of Stakeholders of the Republic of Serbia
This strategic document presents a systematized bilingual (Russian-English) list of key institutional stakeholders of the Republic of Serbia involved in reviving the national peaceful nuclear energy program. In the context of lifting the 35-year moratorium in November 2024 and creating a modern regulatory framework, the document structures the roles of key players: Parliament as legislative enabler, Ministry of Mining and Energy as strategist and coordinator, SRBATOM as independent regulator, and state enterprises EPS and EMS as operators and integrators. The matrix list includes government agencies and regulatory bodies (Directorate for Nuclear Energy Development, Ministries of Science, Education, Environment, Health), scientific institutes, academic institutions and energy companies with their official names in three languages and functions in the program.
