This document has been prepared for the development of previously developed documents by the companies NUCON and CONSILIO B, documents “Strategic management of Owner's Costs in Serbia's nuclear energy” and «Some questions of logistics in the construction of a Nuclear Power Plant in Serbia» and may be regarded as a justification for inclusion in Serbia's National Plan for the Development of Nuclear Energy. It is aimed at minimizing the risks identified in the course of the analysis of infrastructural reactivity on other projects of construction of nuclear power plants.
