Once again on the deployment of a nuclear energy program: Global analysis and adaptation of the 'Baraka' model for the Republic of Serbia.
We return to this important topic once again, because the integration of nuclear energy is not merely a question of choosing a technology, but a fundamental strategic imperative to ensure energy sovereignty, decarbonization, and long-term economic growth for the Republic of Serbia. The historic lifting of the 35-year moratorium opened an unprecedented window of opportunity; however, the successful launch of a national nuclear program requires flawless planning and the adoption of the world's best practices, such as the Baraka NPP reference model.
We will revisit the roadmap analysis and the 19 IAEA infrastructure steps many times. Deployment of nuclear generation is an intergenerational project requiring continuous expert oversight, adaptation to new technological solutions (including small modular reactors), and competent navigation in the face of complex geopolitical and regulatory challenges.
We are convinced that the greater the number of specialists, government officials, members of the academic community, and business representatives who become familiar with such work, the better. The success of such a large-scale initiative is impossible without overcoming the post-Chernobyl syndrome, ensuring absolute transparency of processes, and forming a solid public consensus that must rely exclusively on scientific facts and objective analysis.
That is why the engineering company NUCON and consulting bureau CONSILIO will continue to work in this direction. Our goal is to serve as a reliable intellectual and engineering bridge, bringing together cutting-edge global experience and national interests to help Serbia safely and effectively realize its atomic renaissance.
