ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF TEMPORARY RESIDENTIAL CAMP OPERATIONS

The purpose of this Guide is to define the scope, content, and procedure for providing engineering consulting services for the operation management of the Temporary Residential Camp (TRC). For convenience, these services are referred to in this document as the Services of the Engineering Consultant for the Operation of the Temporary Residential Camp (ECO TRC).

This Guide is intended for Customers and/or Owners (hereinafter referred to as the Client) of the TRC, responsible for its effective and safe operation, as well as for organizations providing specialized consulting services in this area.

The Services of the ECO TRC are aimed at ensuring reliable, safe, and cost-effective functioning of all systems and facilities of the TRC in accordance with its purpose, design parameters, and regulatory requirements throughout the entire operation period.
