Institutional Foundations of National Nuclear Program: Analysis of Interagency Working Group and Regulatory Body Functions

This expert report describes in detail the functions of two key institutional pillars of the national nuclear program: the Interdepartmental Expert Working Group (IEWG), analogous to NEPIO according to IAEA standards, and the Directorate (SRBATOM) as an independent regulator.
